Kevin joined Connelly in 2025 as the head of our Florida division. With a lifetime of professional experience in the drilling field, his extensive background and practical knowledge are evident in every project he manages. Kevin leads regional operations with an emphasis on maximizing efficiency, maintaining strict safety standards, and achieving outstanding results, assuring we consistently reach top performance.

Business Operations Manager – Florida 
A Western Maryland native and McDaniel College graduate, Ellie combines her background in estate law, hospitality, and real estate sales to deliver a client-focused approach built on integrity and transparency. Ellie supports all operations in our Florida division, including Human Resources, Operations and Financials. Driven by her competitive fire that she developed as a college athlete, Ellie’s persistence and determination are her most recognizable traits. Her compassion and honesty allow her to value both customer and team relationships as the key to success.
