His leadership style emphasizes transparency, shared vision, and collaborative innovation. A recognized leader in the geotechnical drilling industry and a dedicated high school basketball coach, Sam has a growth-oriented mindset and a passion for team building.
Eamon Connelly Chief Financial Officer
Eamon grew up in Connelly and Associates, giving him a lifelong connection to the company’s mission and values. He oversees all financial and accounting operations, as well as develops and implements comprehensive risk management strategies. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Towson University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Hood College.

Emily joined her family’s business in 2005, bringing extensive experience designing programs for a variety of human-focused initiatives. She directs all personnel aspects with a strong focus on doing the right thing for both the company and its people. Known for her practical, people-first approach, she is committed to supporting employees while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Emily is a graduate of Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services.

In 2026 he joined Connelly, bringing the leadership background he used to build strong safety cultures for major transportation, federal, and commercial projects across the country. Mark is a Certified Safety Professional and an accomplished trainer, who focuses on operational excellence and delivering practical safety solutions. His expertise spans regulatory compliance, workforce development, and creating environments where safety and performance go hand in hand.

Josh has built a reputation with his professional approach, operational leadership, and delivering timely results across a wide range of projects.
Madison Roche Project Assistant – Mid-Atlantic
Madison joined Connelly in a field support role in 2025. She quickly built strong relationships with personnel and clients, helping bridge communication gaps and improve project completion. Madison is responsible project closeout activities, coordinating field documentation, laboratory samples, and invoicing to ensure a seamless transition from field operations to client delivery. She earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Salisbury University and her Master of Social Work from Delaware State University. Her educational background has fostered exceptional communication and relationship-building skills that enable her to effectively connect with both clients and field personnel.
