General Manager 
Danny joined the company in 1999 and quickly built a strong foundation in drilling operations. As our lead driller for many years, Danny managed the operations on high profile projects including the US Capitol Visitor Center, Rocky Penn Reservoir, and Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant drilling test borings, performing in-situ testing, and installing instrumentation. A veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, he brings a disciplined, hands-on approach to his work. Now serving as the General Manager, Danny oversees shop operations, leads the maintenance of the company’s drill fleet, and works closely with the drilling operations to effectively keep schedules. With decades of mechanical and field experience, he is the go-to resource for troubleshooting equipment and ensuring rigs perform reliably in demanding conditions.

Drilling Manager 
Travis began his career with Connelly at 18 years old, gaining a strong hands-on drilling experience. He later supported us as our sole truck driver, expanding his understanding of field logistics and equipment movement. Travis’s has a client-first mindset which allows him to find solutions and work with customers as partners in completing projects in a timely manner. With his broad field background, he ensures jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule while maintaining strong client relationships.

With decades of experience in the drilling industry, Steve has built an extensive background across a variety of drilling technologies. His conscientious awareness and thoughtful approach to projects provide significant value in an industry where preparation and execution are critical. As a key member of our water well and geothermal division, Steve prepares proposals and organizes field activities. He’s licensed in multiple states with a deep understanding of the regulations of each jurisdiction. During his lifelong career with Connelly, Steve has earned an outstanding reputation for working closely with clients and delivering results in a timely and efficient manner.
