Curtis’s career started in 2008 as a driller’s assistant, becoming a full-time drill rig operator within nine months. He made his mark on the largest geotechnical instrumentation project our company has ever completed - the DC Clean Rivers Project. Installing over 700 instruments across multiple phases, Curtis established himself as one of the most consistent and experienced drillers in the Mid-Atlantic. The variety of his drilling experience in multiple geological areas allows him to tackle any project with confidence. He is not afraid of any challenges and was instrumental in paving the way for the deaf community to become part of the Connelly family. Curtis currently manages our drilling operations in Winchester, VA.

Ethan began with Connelly at a young age, learning the ins and outs of drilling during his summers. After earning his degree from Towson University, he spent time working with children, an experience that instilled patience and understanding – qualities he now applies to managing the unpredictable nature of a drilling schedule. Known for his successes in marathons, Ethan brings that same determined mindset to every project, helping his team navigate challenges with skill and consistency.
